WHEAT

We offer the finest quality Indian Wheat Flour and are already supplying to South-East Asian and Far East Asian Markets. The nutritional composition of the wheat grain varies somewhat with differences in climate and soil. On average, the kernel contains 12% water, 70% carbohydrates, 12% protein, 2% fat, 1.8% minerals, and 2.2% crude fibres. Wheat is consumed by 2.5 billion people in 89 countries. It supersedes maize or rice as a source of protein in low- and middle-income nations and is second only to rice as a source of calories.

SUGAR

Sugar is a class of edible crystalline substances, mainly sucrose, lactose, and fructose that human taste buds interpret its flavour as sweet. Almost all commercially manufactured sugar is white granulated sugar, which is refined in factories. Brown sugar is made by retaining much of the molasses during processing. We provide sugar of the following grades: S-.31, M-30 and S-30 out of which maximum trading is of 30 colours sugar. Sugar produced is regularly matched with N.S.I. standards.

PULSES
